We service projects in the greater Denver Metropolitan Area and I-25 corridor including Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Greeley, Brighton, Commerce City, Denver, Parker, Lakewood, Golden, Littleton, Englewood,  Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree & Castle Rock.

 We had a rather small job at our rental property that needed to be done quickly in order to retain our renter. Due to the current demand for construction other contractors were not very interested in working with us, but John and his team found time in their schedule to get the job done and done very well. They were reasonably priced as well as courteous and professional every step of the way. Their drywall, texturing and painting was excellent and they ensured our satisfaction before final payment was due. It was a genuine pleasure working with CO Reconstruction and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

 I had such a wonderful experience with this company! We had a leak in our basement and needed to reconstruct a closet/part of hallway. John was great - nice, professional, responsive and (bonus) careful/thoughtful about COVID. John got me on their schedule right away and the guy, Josh, who did the actual work was awesome. The basement looks just as it did before the leak. Josh was also quiet, respectful and efficient, which was especially nice since my husband and I both work from the basement.  John and his crew were far more than helpful. Santiago did an AMAZING job on my basement redo (it flooded). They made the whole process painless, worked with my insurance, and were ahead on time. I sincerely appreciate how responsive and professional they were. I hope I don't have to use them again for reconstruction but if I ever had another issue I'd call them first!
