 We had a rather small job at our rental property that needed to be done quickly in order to retain our renter. Due to the current demand for construction other contractors were not very interested in working with us, but John and his team found time in their schedule to get the job done and done very well. They were reasonably priced as well as courteous and professional every step of the way. Their drywall, texturing and painting was excellent and they ensured our satisfaction before final payment was due. It was a genuine pleasure working with CO Reconstruction and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

 I had such a wonderful experience with this company! We had a leak in our basement and needed to reconstruct a closet/part of hallway. John was great - nice, professional, responsive and (bonus) careful/thoughtful about COVID. John got me on their schedule right away and the guy, Josh, who did the actual work was awesome. The basement looks just as it did before the leak. Josh was also quiet, respectful and efficient, which was especially nice since my husband and I both work from the basement.  We had such a positive experience with Colorado Reconstruction Building Services! After a roof leak damaged our ceiling, John helped us find a great company to remove the damaged area. Then his wonderful crew, led by Ryan, came in and made our home look just right again, right down to carefully matching paint and tarping everything off so carefully to prevent any damage to our possessions. They always came when they said they would, and had excellent, courteous communication. I was referred to John and his company by a friend, and have to wholeheartedly agree that their work was first class, along with their integrity and customer service.

 I wanted to take the time to write a review for Colorado Reconstruction Services as they deserve all of the stars! We hired them after a floor in our kitchen, and they were referred by the restoration company. They came out promptly to assess the work, Josh was professional and nice and had our quote to us in a timely manner. Once we had our cabinets in, they started within a week. Our main project guy was Ryan, he was absolutely amazing. He was on time everyday, he communicated with us every step of the way, he owned when he made mistakes and made it right. John was also there to answer all of my ridiculous questions and concerns. He listens to the customer and really tries his best to help. Our kitchen came out absolutely beautiful and I could not recommend John and Colorado Reconstruction enough. Thank you for making this process so easy and leaving us with a beautiful kitchen!!
